Baker Topping, Inc. started its journey on October 25, 2001.

After 15 years of working for both Paramount Citrus and Kimball Toppers, Inc., I realized how closely the agricultural and service industries work together. So, I decided to take the plunge and start our own company, Baker Topping, Inc.

My first customer was my dad, who owns a 500-acre citrus and olive grove.

Fast forward to 2010, and my wife and I had been in business for 10 years. We topped and hedged over 20,000 acres of tree fruits and nuts from the California Grapevine to Lodi, California.

In 2013, Southern California Edison reached out to us for trimming services under their transmission lines. That is where the fun began. 

Over the past 22 years, our company has grown in ways we could never have imagined.

Our safety aspect has improved significantly, and we’re always striving to learn more and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

We’re excited to continue growing as a company, but we’ll never forget the importance of our employees and their safety.
